Retail Sales Associate

Verizon Retail Sales Associate in a full-time, onsite role at a defined location in East Hanover, NJ. You will generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service, assess customer needs, position product insights and solutions, and close sales through clear communication. You’ll develop skills through ongoing training, merchandising and inventory tasks, and opportunities to engage with the community outside the store. The role offers a base hourly pay of $16.00–$21.00 plus potential individual-based commissions (up to $18,000/year, with top performers potentially earning $65,000–$75,500+ annually, depending on geography and hours), plus a comprehensive benefits package starting Day One and other rewards. Strong candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant experience, with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; open to additional shifts and seasonal peaks.
