Job Summary
Generate retail sales by using passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network. Learn and uncover customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions, then position product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution. Close sales with phenomenal communication skills while fulfilling customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Place outbound calls and send text messages to current customers to grow your base, and engage with the community at off-site sponsored events to expand loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Openness to pick up additional shifts

- Experience working in a commission-based environment
