Job Summary
As a Verizon Retail Sales Associate in a worksite-based role, you will generate retail sales by applying your passion for cutting-edge technology and delivering exceptional customer service within a Verizon store. You will learn and uncover customers' needs, present product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution, and close sales through effective communication. You will develop through ongoing training and up-skilling across merchandising and inventory, with opportunities to expand your customer base through outbound outreach to current Verizon customers. You may participate in community engagement and off-site Verizon events. The role offers a base hourly rate of $16.00-$21.00 plus individual-based commissions (potentially elevating total compensation up to $65,000–$75,500+ annually depending on geography and performance) and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one.
