Retail Sales Associate

Generate retail sales by using passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network. Learn and uncover customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions, then position product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution. Close sales using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Place outbound calls and send text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services. Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base at off-site Verizon sponsored events. This full-time role offers a base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 in individual-based commissions, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours.
