Job Summary
Verizon Retail Sales Associate in a full-time, site-based role. You’ll generate retail sales by leveraging a passion for cutting-edge technology and delivering exceptional customer service, uncover customers’ needs through smart questions, and present product insights and solutions to fulfill customer requirements. You’ll close sales with strong communication, participate in ongoing training to grow in merchandising and inventory functions, and may engage in outbound calls or texts to Verizon customers. Additional responsibilities include participating in community events, contributing to the store’s sales base, and taking advantage of a comprehensive rewards package and benefits. The role emphasizes in-store sales with opportunities for performance-based commissions and career growth within Verizon’s V Team culture.
Required Qualifications
