Job Summary
Full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate responsible for generating retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and exceptional customer service to connect with customers, uncover needs, position product insights and solutions, and close sales through strong communication. Role includes ongoing training, merchandising and inventory support, and opportunities to grow customer base through community engagement and outbound outreach (calls/texts). Compensation includes base pay of $16.00-$21.00/hour plus up to $18,000 annually in individual commissions, with potential total annual earnings of $65,000 to $75,500+ depending on performance. Additional benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, tuition assistance, paid time off, parental leave, and employee discounts. Bilingual English/Spanish required; prior sales or customer-service experience and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are preferred.
Required Qualifications
