Job Summary
Full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate responsible for generating retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service; identify customer needs, present product insights and complete top-down solutions, close sales, and contribute to store-wide goals through training and ongoing skill development. Role involves outbound outreach to current customers, community engagement, and on-site work at a defined location. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of relevant experience; must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes $16.00-$21.00 per hour base pay plus up to $18,000 in annual commissions, with potential total earnings of $65,000+ to $75,500+ depending on performance and geography.
