Job Summary
Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network. Learn and uncover customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions, then position product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution. Close sales with phenomenal communication skills, fulfill customer needs with intuitive tech solutions, and continuously develop yourself through ongoing training in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Place outbound calls and send text messages to current customers to grow your base, and engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Openness to pick up additional shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a commission-based environment
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Customer service experience
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
