Job Summary
Demonstrate passion for YETI's brand by delivering exceptional, customer-first service and engaging shoppers to find the right gear for their outdoor pursuits. Operate with high initiative within a collaborative team environment, utilizing effective communication to uphold core values and solve problems for customers. Assist teammates in fostering authentic community connections at this Tysons Corner store hub. Requires at least one year of customer-centric experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for a flexible schedule up to 29 hours per week including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment
- Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand for entire work shift
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship
