Retail Sales Associate

Greet and engage every guest while assessing needs, applying suggestive selling and upselling skills with product knowledge on garment construction and styles. Process transactions accurately at the POS following PCI guidelines, inspect merchandise before wrapping, and handle refunds or exchanges per policy. Maintain sales floor and backroom standards, conduct inventory prep and counts, and resolve guest issues within scope of authority. Alert the Coordinator of store issues, disposition short-dated or damaged items, and manage mail-out paperwork. Answer phones by the third ring and perform all other job-related duties as requested. Must work all shifts including mornings, swings, weekends, and holidays.
