Job Summary
Assist customers with purchases, product recommendations, and questions while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging in-store experience by supporting sales of sealed products, single cards, and supplies. Help maintain store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising through restocking inventory and managing product displays. Support in-store events, promotions, and busy periods to ensure smooth operations. This fast-paced, customer-facing role at Monmouth Cards focuses on delivering a great in-store experience for trading card enthusiasts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports is a plus
