Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner while forging lasting relationships through insightful product knowledge on athletic apparel and active-wear. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit. Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by seeking new product knowledge and communicating inventory needs. Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening, maintain visual directives, and keep the selling area neat and organized. Collaborate with management on inventory management, execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, and ensure the retail store is cleaned regularly. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment with an hourly range of $18.25 to $18.30 plus pooled commission.
