Retail Sales Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness protocols. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work a flexible schedule. Located at the HomeGoods store in Wainscott, NY, the position offers an associate discount and a starting pay range of $17.50 to $18.00 per hour.
