Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor per established procedures. Support store recovery, uphold merchandising standards, and participate in shrink reduction goals while adhering to all operational and loss prevention protocols. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
