Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases, process returns, count change, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and ensure safety awareness throughout the day. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports TJX's mission to delight shoppers across its seven brands, including Marshalls and TJ Maxx, fostering a culture of honesty and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
