Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Support store culture through honesty and respect while accepting constructive feedback, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay range of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.
