Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change back according to operating procedures, and process merchandise for the sales floor. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while participating in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Support store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with a starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
