Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases, process returns, count change, and follow established merchandising procedures to support sales floor needs. Participate in store recovery, uphold safety awareness, and contribute to shrink reduction goals while accepting constructive feedback. Cross-train in multiple store areas as needed to support business demands. Work a flexible schedule to meet operational requirements.
