Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store needs through cross-training in multiple areas, merchandising procedures, and merchandise preparation for the sales floor. Initiate store recovery as needed, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness protocols. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs while responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
