Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and uphold merchandising philosophy throughout the day. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed and provide constructive feedback. This role supports the vibrant TJX family culture of honesty, integrity, and respect across our global brands.
