Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Support store recovery initiatives, uphold merchandising philosophy, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. Possesses excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay range is $12.50 to $13.00 per hour.
