Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases, process returns, and count change back to customers while following established operating procedures. Uphold merchandising standards, support store recovery efforts, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness initiatives. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed to support business operations. Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
