Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness throughout the day. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports TJX Companies' mission as the world's leading off-price retailer, fostering a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect across seven global brands.
