Job Summary
Welcome customers, guide them through product selections, and answer questions to create an educational shopping experience. Process in-store and online orders with accuracy while verifying details, and proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to meet average order goals. Check and verify each customer's ID, adhering to Cannabis Compliance Board and Thrive policies to uphold a safe retail environment. Communicate effectively with team members to manage customer flow and optimize store efficiency, while keeping the facility clean, organized, and inviting. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on current regulations and inventory to provide the best service possible.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain necessary state and city work cards
- Comfortable standing, sitting, or bending for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Capable of working on your feet for shifts up to 10 hours
