Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate delivering world-class customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries while processing packages for courier shipment and operating copy/print equipment and POS devices. Responsibilities include learning product and service offerings, providing accurate information to customers, cross-selling and upselling, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and supporting UPS Store operations. Requires strong communication, computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and Adobe), the ability to handle shipping needs, and a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to lift 40+ pounds and be a fast learner who can acquire all aspects of the business quickly.
