Retail Sales Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, accurately ringing purchases and returns, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Roles may be cross-trained to support multiple store areas; adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards; promote credit and loyalty programs; participate in store safety and recovery efforts; and uphold company policies. The position requires teamwork, adaptability to changes, and a focus on honesty, integrity, and respect in interactions with customers and colleagues.
