Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas; accurately rings purchases/returns, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and follows merchandising and safety procedures. Contributes to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, supports loss prevention, and participates in merchandising, recovery, and store-wide cleanliness. Strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and flexibility to support business needs are essential.
