Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at TJ Maxx family brands (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, Sierra, Winners, TK Maxx) responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, processing purchases accurately, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining store standards, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include engaging customers, adhering to labor and loss-prevention policies, cross-training across store areas, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with pricing and merchandising procedures, participating in store recovery, applying safety practices, and contributing to a positive, inclusive store culture. Requires strong customer service, communication, organization, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment with flexible scheduling.
