Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Supports training and development, adheres to merchandise, operations and loss prevention standards, processes transactions, promotes credit and loyalty programs, participates in store recovery, maintains store cleanliness, and collaborates with teammates to meet store goals. The role may be cross-trained across store areas and requires flexibility in scheduling; benefits are offered as part of the employer package. Location: Doraville, GA store; starting pay $13.25-$13.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Retail customer experience preferred
