Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, executing store routines, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Role may be cross-trained to support store needs, requiring adherence to merchandising standards, loss-prevention practices, and participation in store safety. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, supporting store recovery, and contributing to a positive team culture while delivering effective Customer Experience.
