Retail Sales Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and following established operating procedures. Role may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store; promote and process credit and loyalty programs; uphold merchandising standards; participate in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention practices; and collaborate with team members to ensure accurate checkout, returns, and change handling. Maintain safe, compliant store operations and contribute to a positive store culture through integrity and respect; support shrink reduction initiatives and adhere to labor laws and company policies.
