Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, adhering to customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store, promote credit and loyalty programs, accurately ring purchases/returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, participate in store recovery, and uphold merchandising standards. You will work to meet safety, labor, and loss-prevention guidelines while collaborating with peers to support business needs and create a positive store culture.
