Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas, adhere to labor laws and procedures, support loss prevention and safety, and participate in store recovery and merchandising standards. Emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to changes in direction.
