Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging customers, processing purchases, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store. Role models customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, adheres to operating procedures, processes transactions accurately, and participates in store safety and shrink-reduction initiatives.
