Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and uphold merchandising standards while supporting store recovery efforts. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention protocols, including safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the TJX family of brands, including Homesense, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls, within a Fortune 100 off-price retailer. Starting pay ranges from $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
