Retail Sales Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, accurately ringing purchases/returns and counting change, and maintaining a clean and organized store. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers, supports a positive store culture, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and upholds merchandising standards. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, flexible schedule, and the ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
