Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases accurately, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and supporting merchandising standards. The role may be cross-trained to operate in multiple store areas, uphold loss prevention standards, participate in safety initiatives, and provide constructive feedback while collaborating with team members. The position requires strong customer service, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed; flexibility to support business needs and a variety of schedules. Location based in Glen Mills, PA (USA) with in-store duties; starting pay range $14.00-$14.50 per hour; benefits available per plan terms.
