Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Marshalls (TJX Companies) responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, accurately ringing purchases/returns and handling cash, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, assisting with merchandising and recovering the sales floor, and supporting-store-wide safety and labor procedures. The role may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store and requires strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Starting pay range: $17.00-$17.50 per hour; benefits available including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), employee discounts, and other programs. Location: East Islip, NY (USA).
