Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate role delivering a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging with customers, executing checkout processes, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising and receiving merchandise, and supporting store operations and loss-prevention standards. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, processing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery, flexibility to work in multiple areas, and contributing to a positive store culture with strong communication and organizational skills.
