Retail Sales Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases and returns, and maintaining an organized store environment. Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, ringing purchases, promoting credit and loyalty programs, preparing merchandise for the floor, supporting merchandising standards, participating in store recovery, and upholding safety and loss-prevention practices. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store; communicate effectively with customers and teammates; adhere to labor laws and store policies; contribute to a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
