Job Summary
Welcome guests with our signature greeting and engage them to make personalized product recommendations on spices, teas, and gourmet blends. Become an expert in our inventory to share product knowledge confidently while supporting store displays, restocking, and maintaining a beautiful retail environment. Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products. This role requires a passion for food and flavor, outstanding communication skills, and comfort using point-of-sale systems.
