Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service reflective of the YETI brand by engaging with customers and sharing product features to help each customer find the right YETI product for their need. Operate with a high degree of initiative within a team environment, demonstrating the ability to work positively with others through collaboration and effective, professional communication. Uphold core values by going the extra mile for customers and teammates while maintaining a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting. This part-time role requires up to 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and possess at least one year of experience in a customer-centric environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment
- Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand for entire work shift
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship
