Job Summary
Process sales orders, handle cash transactions, and assist customers with credit applications while maintaining accurate documentation. Provide outstanding service by engaging guests at the front desk, addressing concerns independently, and guiding them through product selection to inspire room designs. Support store operations through opening and closing activities, cash reconciliation, and participation in inventory checks and loss prevention procedures. Meet and exceed sales goals aligned with performance standards. Requires ability to lift 25 lbs, flexible hours including weekends, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance

- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
