Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs and support the shopping experience; uphold merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment; promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit enrollment; follow safety and loss-prevention procedures; maintain confidentiality of company information; contribute to an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store; perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
