Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs, providing product recommendations to athletes; maintain merchandising and floor sets with signage, pricing changes, and inventory presentation; promote programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment; adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach; perform other tasks as assigned by management; requires ability to stand and engage in store tasks with emphasis on customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration.
