Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively approach shoppers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality and foster an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
