Provide a hassle-free shopping experience by greeting customers, proactively understanding their needs, and helping them select products in line with in-depth product knowledge and brand standards. Maintain merchandising and presentation through floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment. Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; protect confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
