Job Summary
Assist customers and proactively engage to understand needs, provide product knowledge, and support an exceptional shopping experience. Maintain merchandising presentation and floor sets, promote company programs (loyalty, warranties, credit-card enrollment), adhere to safety and loss-prevention policies, and contribute to a collaborative store environment. Key duties include greeting customers, driving customer-focused service, supporting inventory replenishment, and executing tasks assigned by management. Requires standing and performing physical tasks (lifting up to 35 lbs) and a team-oriented mindset to help athletes and customers achieve their goals.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours)
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder or platform
