Greet customers and proactively assist to understand needs, support the shopping experience, and uphold store standards for merchandising and presentation. Maintain floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment; promote programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit-card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; protect confidentiality of company information; contribute to an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Participate in cross-team support as needed and perform tasks assigned by management to help athletes achieve their goals. Demonstrates accountability, customer-focus, collaboration, and a proactive, action-oriented approach to delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
