Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs; uphold merchandising standards and floor sets; promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, credit enrollment); adhere to safety and loss prevention policies; create an inclusive store environment; support the team across the store; perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
